We were mostly very happy with Star Maker services, we missed sunset at Pyramids, Nelly was good in Solving the problem for us, All the guides were good - especially marry who also had good personality to get the start across all the drivers were really good.

All staff member including drivers were great ! They were always punctual and very helpful ! we would not have surviving on our own ! the Knowledge and standard of the guides was very good at Aswan, Luxor and Cairo , They were good at explaining the customs of Egypt .

The Zoser hotel in Cairo and Isis hotel in Aswan were excellent, the cruise ship , meals and accommodations were superb, also the efficiency of their personnel , we made many friendship there and our experience in those lodgings were great.
The star maker personnel: Mr. Samuel who received us at the airport together with his attaché Mohamed were excellent also , doing duties we were grateful for all that ( Mohamed & Miss. Nelly) those two deserve a good place when they come to Venezuela; also Mrs. Mary our guide in Cairo who take us in the Journey to Giza was a very nice and motivated person to us, The trip to Aswan was long but interesting , the train was good , we were received by Mr. Mohamed El Amir who took us to the Obelisk and Philae Temple , he was professional in his Knowledge a good friend Miss Marwa who took us in Luxor and Karnak Temples was discreet and also helpful We are Thankful for the experience & Maybe we can book a SMT for future trip to Egypt which is an excellent and beautiful country to visit again.

The overall tour a nice appearance , Nelly & Mohamed were great they went above and beyond what

Great Staff and Tour guides, wonderful hospitality. Our driver and Mohamed were fantastic. Mary ( Cairo ) was wonderful, Iman ( Luxor ) was very sweet. Tarek is a great human being and was the only one to have meal with us and introduce us to Egyptian restaurant and so helpful .
We felt very safe, never confused and well taken care of.
